Cardox specializes in collectible trading cards, including basketball cards, soccer cards, baseball cards, and football cards.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order free of charge as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Once a cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Orders That Have Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
However, you may still return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy:

All returns are:

  • Accepted within 30 days

  • Free of charge

  • No restocking fees

3. Refund Processing for Cancellations

For successfully canceled orders:

  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours maximum after cancellation confirmation

4. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery or refusal, the order will be handled as a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
