Our store specializes in collectible trading cards, including basketball cards, soccer cards, baseball cards, and football cards.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.


2. Eligible Items

We accept returns for:

  • Defective products

  • Non-defective products

  • Opened or unopened items

  • Exchange requests

All collectible trading cards sold on Cardox are eligible for return within the return window.


3. Return Cost & Fees

  • Return shipping is 100% free

  • No restocking fees

  • No hidden charges

  • A prepaid return label is included in your package

You will not be charged any fees related to the return process.


4. Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail using the return label included in your original package.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and examine the returned product, your refund will be processed within:

Up to 24 hours maximum

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

We are happy to offer exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
