This Warranty & Replacement Policy explains the conditions under which Cardox offers warranty coverage and product replacements for items purchased from https://cardlouix.shop (“the Site”).

Cardox specializes in collectible trading cards, including basketball cards, soccer cards, baseball cards, and football cards.


1. Warranty Coverage

Cardox guarantees that all products sold are authentic and as described at the time of delivery.

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage that occurred during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

This warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.


2. Eligible Products

Both defective and non-defective products are eligible for replacement, provided the request is made within the warranty period.

Warranty coverage applies to all collectible trading cards sold on our Site.


3. Replacement Options

If your warranty claim is approved, you may choose:
